Processing Time

All our products are handmade to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping with the following options:

• Free Shipping – Sent via registered mail (estimated delivery time: varies by destination).
• Expedited Shipping – Available via FedEx or UPS for faster delivery (delivery time depends on the destination).

You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Poland may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, depending on the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not cover customs fees, and they are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
